Registration Instructions
1. Open your reseller's affiliate link
2. Enter your information and register
Enter any username, an email address that you can verify later, and a password.
After you've accepted the Terms and Conditions, click "Register."
3. Confirm your email address
After registering, you should receive an email from JOUO in the inbox of the email address you provided, in which you’ll need to click “E-Mail Adresse bestätigen" (Confirm email address) once.
This email is currently written in German. Here is the English text:
Hello, and welcome to JOUO! Almost done – we just need to make sure we have your correct email address. Please confirm your email address by clicking the button below: [Confirm email address]. If the button doesn't work, please copy the URL: [URL] and paste it into your browser. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at any time.

4. Log in
Once your email address has been confirmed, you can log in to JOUO using your email address and the password you chose in Step 1.
5. Click “Create Website for Security Audit”
Once you're logged in, the first thing you can do is add your website by clicking "Add Website".
6. Enter the URL and name of your website, as well as your name
To perform a security audit of your website, JOUO needs the URL and the name of your website.
Please also confirm that you have the right to perform this scan.
When you click "Start audit," JOUO will begin the scan in the background.
Only publicly available data will be scanned; no confidential or personal data will be included.
7. Wait for the audit results
A security scan may take up to 24 hours the first time. The overview and subpages will indicate when data is still loading. The data will be displayed to you bit by bit as soon as it becomes available.

Audit Results
The audit results are divided into Security and Legal Requirements. The free version provides a general overview; for more detailed information, you’ll need to subscribe.
JOUO TOMs and Infrastructure Documentation
In the Documentation section, you can view and create TOMs and infrastructure diagrams. Full functionality is only available with a paid version of JOUO.
My Files
Over time, various files will accumulate in "My Files." These may include: invoices, completed questionnaires from your suppliers, TOMs, or infrastructure documentation.
Supply Chain
Under "Websites," you can set up your supply chain if your reseller has enabled this feature for you.
Subscribe to JOUO
Whether you sign up for a subscription directly with JOUO or through your reseller is something you should discuss with your reseller. Through them, you can receive customized offers, whereas JOUO only offers two fixed subscription plans that, for example, do not include the supply chain.
